Privacy Policy

01Overview

Orbit Fort Base is an offline base-defense game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what the app keeps, where it keeps it, and how in-app purchases work. In short: the game does not build a profile about you, your game data stays on your device, and we do not receive it.

02What we collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, advertising identifier, browsing history or usage analytics. The app has no sign-in and no account system. We do not run a server that receives information from the app.

03Data stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the app saves the following locally, inside its own storage on your device:

• game progress: unlocked levels, coins, module levels, base upgrades and the modules placed around your base;
• profile statistics: completed levels, rockets destroyed, merged modules, battles and victories;
• settings: vibration on/off and whether the welcome tips were shown;
• your pilot photo, if you choose to take one (see below).

If you use iCloud or another backup service for your device, game progress may be included in that backup. Such backups are controlled by Apple or your backup provider under their own terms.

04Camera and pilot photo

The Profile screen (Settings → Profile) lets you take an optional pilot photo for your in-game profile.

• The camera is used only after you tap Take Photo or New Photo, and only after you allow camera access in the iOS permission dialog.
• The photo is saved only on your device, inside the app. It is excluded from device backups, is never uploaded, and is never shared with us or anyone else.
• The app does not access your photo library and cannot read your existing photos.
• You can delete the photo at any time with the trash button on the Profile screen, and you can turn camera access off at any time in iOS Settings → Orbit Fort Base.

05In-app purchases

Orbit Fort Base is free to play. Some optional items can be bought with real money through the App Store:

• Module unlocks (one-time purchases): Splitter, Charge Core, Repair Cell, Air Blast and Turbo Boost. Once bought, a module stays unlocked on every device signed in with the same Apple Account.
• Base Upgrade (consumable): adds one level to your base armor each time it is bought.

The same items can also be unlocked with coins earned in the game, so every part of the game can be reached without paying. The app has no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges.

All payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment card, billing address or Apple Account details. The app only receives a confirmation from the App Store that a purchase was completed, checks it on your device and unlocks the item. One-time purchases are restored automatically when you reinstall the app with the same Apple Account. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

06No ads, no analytics

The app contains no advertising, no advertising networks, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDKs. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, because the app does not send it to us.

07Internet and Apple services

The game works fully offline. The internet is used only when you open this Privacy Policy from Settings and when the App Store processes a purchase. Apple may process store, purchase, device or diagnostic information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

08Your control and deletion

• Reset progress in Settings erases your game progress and statistics. Unlocked purchases stay with you.
• The trash button on the Profile screen deletes your pilot photo.
• Deleting the app removes all data it stored on your device.

We hold no remote copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to erase on our side.

09Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Parents can turn off in-app purchases in iOS Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.

10Changes to this policy

If the app or legal requirements change, we will update this page and its effective date. Important changes will be described here before they take effect.
